New Item Return Policy

Karma Grips will exchange or refund new and unused merchandise purchased on this website or directly through Karma Grips within 30 days of receiving product accompanied by the original sales receipt. Items purchased from resellers or 3rd party are not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for freight back to Karma Grips. Karma Grips will not exchange or refund partial packs of merchandise including golf balls, golf gloves and golf tees.

Mis-shipped Item Return Policy

The customer has 10 days to inform us of any mis-shipped products. Karma Grips will exchange or refund new and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Karma Grips will pay for the freight of the mis-shipped item back to Karma Grips.  To expedite the process, on occasion Orlimar may reship a replacement order prior to physically receiving the return.  In the event the mis-shipped merchandise is not returned to Karma Grips, the customer will be billed for the replacement order, including freight.

Address Changes or Incorrect Addresses

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Please carefully review all the details at checkout prior to completing your order.

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, and the order has not shipped, please contact customer service immediately to see if the address can be updated. Customer service will advise you of your options once we determine the status of the order.

If the order has shipped and was not able to be delivered, the carrier may send the package(s) back to us. In the event this happens, we will contact you to send the order back out at no cost to the correct address. However, if you decide to cancel the order, they will be issued a 15% restocking fee.

How to Return Merchandise

First, call Karma Grips at 800-367-8912 or email support@karmagrips.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be new and unused and include all contents that were originally sent to the customer. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:

Fine Print
  • Karma Grips will exchange or refund new and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original sales receipt. 
  • Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs to return base model or upgraded custom golf clubs not covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty.
  • Ground shipping will be covered by Karma Grips on warranty and defective returns only if the defect occurs within 30 days of purchase.
  • Karma Grips will give store credit only on all approved assembled golf clubs returned.
  • No COD return shipments will be accepted.
