Is an oversize golf grip the same thing as a jumbo golf grip? Not really, “oversize” is the generic term for a larger grip. Jumbo refers to a grip larger than the midsize in the same model but can vary greatly in size from one manufacturer to the next. No other grip size category spans a wider size range. Look for +1/16”, +1/8”, +11/32”, etc. in the name to get a better understanding of the actual size you are comparing products.
